👨💻 About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our tech team and help drive the evolution of our digital platforms that powers our core platform. From day one, you'll be diving into building end-to-end solutions, making a real impact across both front-end and back-end systems. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our product direction and technical strategy, working closely with fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
🚀 Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into adaptable, efficient code solutions.
- You build it you run it! Write, test and ship maintainable code.
- Leverage cloud platforms, notably AWS, for application development, deployment, and scaling.
- Collaborate within a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and driving projects forward.
🔍 Who you are
To succeed in this role, you need
- +3 years of back-end development experience.
- Proficiency in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions to automate software deployment and operational processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and experience developing microservices in languages like Go.
- A self-driven approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
It’s a plus if you have
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with mobile app development, ideally with Flutter, to support cross-platform initiatives.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform
- Experience building containerized applications using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of IoT protocols and frameworks
